Regarding course and lectures.

We will not charge a registration fee.
You must pay a minimum of Rs. 10,000 from the total course fee to register for the program.
1st installment should be paid on or before the course commencement date.
You can request a payment plan via email.
You must pay according to the plan and send us proof of payment via email or WhatsApp.
In any case, your first payment will not be refunded.
You will be issued a student ID number and the LMS login by The International Institute of Knowledge Management within two weeks of making the relevant payments.
We will send all course information (payment details, lecture times, etc.) through the use of email and the relevant WhatsApp group.
Within two days of a lecture, the video will be uploaded to the LMS.

Regarding Exams.

Payment for the course should be completed two weeks before the exam.
We will send admissions one week before the exam.
Examinations will not be postponed or rescheduled unless a valid reason is provided.
If you are unable to submit any assignments paper within the deadline, you must notify us via email or whatsapp within 2 days before the deadline, stating a valid reason.
If you are unable to submit the exam paper within the deadline, you must notify us via email or whatsapp within 30 minutes before the deadline, stating the reason and the exam paper.
The exam results will be released within one month.
The graduation ceremony will take place within one year months after the results.
